Highgrove House is famous for small intimate weddings. Situated in an exquisite little paradise the views, the trees, the orchards combine this with intimacy, brilliant award winning cuisine and you have a marriage made of good food and wines.

Highgrove House is an authentic South African venue, that is versatile to suit your every desire. The original Farmstead Manor House, constructed around the turn of the 18th century is available as a reception venue. Combine it with a ceremony under the ornate white metal gazebo, over-looking the tropical gardens of the estate. Retreat your eyes for the perfect setting under ancient Jacaranda trees or the picturesque 100 year old Wild Fig that is the center of our establishment. What ever it is you desire is our number one priority because  –with us, it’s personal.

We can empathise with the brides who prefer smaller than intimate weddings, or who require a wedding on a budget but in a breath-taking setting. At Highgrove House we offer micro-weddings . This means a micro guest-list, a micro venue, and a micro budget.

IN-THE-ORCHARD PACKAGE

Enjoy the use of our rustic venue, suitable for the more down-to-earth bridal party. Get married under the trees, and move your reception to the old rustic barn house for a family feast conveniently close to the Boma.​
